AI-EFFECT has announced the start of a collaborative effort with EnerTEF and EnergyGuard, marking the beginning of a partnership to address common challenges, exchange ideas, and jointly prepare outreach initiatives. This collaboration with other energy Testing and Experimentation Facilities (TEFs) is set to accelerate the development and deployment of secure, reliable, and interoperable AI solutions, driving the transition to a greener and more sustainable future.
The TEFs:
EnerTEF Project: This initiative aims to establish a Common European-scale Energy AI Federated Testing and Experimentation Facility (TEF). The goal is to facilitate adaptation, validation, and upscaling of AI tools and services across the energy sector, ensuring a seamless integration of AI technologies.
EnergyGuard TEF Project: EnergyGuard is focused on creating a pan-European network of five interconnected TEFs across diverse energy ecosystems in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Latvia. This network is designed to accelerate the development and deployment of trustworthy AI solutions, fostering innovation and collaboration across borders.
AI-EFFECT: AI-EFFECT is dedicated to establishing a European TEF for AI applications in the energy sector. This facility will enable the development, testing, and validation of AI technologies at various stages, ensuring that they meet standards of reliability and security.
The collaboration between these three projects promises to bring opportunities for the energy sector. By working together, AI-EFFECT, EnerTEF, and EnergyGuard aim to drive the transition to a greener and more sustainable future, leveraging the power of AI to create secure and interoperable solutions that benefit all.
